How do you install Cube World Mod Go to %appdata%/.minecraft/versions 2. You should see an unnamed folder 1.7.2. Make a copy of this folder and change its name to Cube_World_1.7.2. 3. Inside the new folder, there should be an application called 1.7.2.jar. Change the name to Cube_World_1.7.2.jar (Or whatever you named the folder). 4. Minecraft servers list In the new folder you should also see a file called 1.7.2.json. Rename it to Cube_World_1.7.2.json (Or whatever you named the folder). 5. Open the Cube_World_1.7.2.json file using Notepad or Wordpad. 6. There will be a line that reads "Id" in the file: "1.7.2". Change it to read "Id": "Cube_World_1.7.2''. Save the file and close it. 7. Open Cube_World_1.7.2.jar using a software such as 7-Zip or WinZip. Copy all of the Files in the zip folder you downloaded into Cube_World_1.7.2.jar, and then delete the META-INF folder from within Cube_World_1.7.2.jar. 8. If you've opened Minecraft Launcher, you'll have to close it and restart it over. In the box that reads "Use version" choose "Cube_World_1.7.2 1.7.2" (Or whatever you named the folder). You may have missed the steps 1-7 if you don't see the folder under the versions. 9. Create that profile to create a completely new Minecraft world. Set that world's world type to "Cube World", and create it. It might take a little longer to load.
